When Stacey Gonder founded Flash Design Company in 2001, she didn’t know that in 2014, she would give birth to the House of Sass & Magic.
After engaging actively in the world of professional dance, Stacey made the decision to go back to school to study costume design at the International Academy of Design. The brand Flash Design Company came to life when she graduated, and began to create clothing for talent in the dance and theatre arts world. Not long after Flash Design Company was born, and Stacey dedicated her time to growing the budding brand.
As her confidence grew, Stacey elevated her game and began to include thematic costume creations, which were more suitable for special events, or a night on the town. With her strong belief in the right for people to express themselves freely, Stacey’s new mission became creating unique pieces that allowed a person to show their Love, Sass, & Magic to the world.
